Tracy, a proud Central Pennsylvania native, has been soaking up the vibes of Berks County for the past 25 years. Tracy holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Penn State, a BS in Applied Psychology from Albright College, and an MBA in Community and Economic Leadership from Alvernia University; an academic arsenal that her family could never have predicted or wanted for her! By day, Tracy finds herself knee-deep in the regulatory affairs of the FirstEnergy Pennsylvania Electric Distribution Company. Tracy co-founded the Southeast PA Chapter of FirstEnergy Women in Leadership EBRG and chairs the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance’s Women2Women Advisory Council.



When the workday ends, Tracy is happiest embracing the experiences that ground and inspire her—adventuring by bike alongside her wife, crafting one of a kind crystal jewelry, enjoying time on the golf course, and unwinding beneath the night sky by a cozy fire.
